Our Fees

Payment is required at the time of consultation. We require 24 hours notice of any changes to your appointment so we can help other people requiring care. Missed appointment fees may apply.

Health Fund Rebates

Chiropractic is covered by all health funds with extras. The amount covered varies greatly between each fund and level of cover. For your level of cover please check with your health fund directly.

We have onsite HICAPS facilities — bring your health fund card to every visit for an immediate fee rebate at the counter. There is no need to lodge a claim separately.

Third-Party Billing

We are approved providers for the following programs. If you already have a claim number you do not need to see a GP first to see a chiropractor for WorkCover and TAC claims.

• Veterans Affairs (DVA) — DVA patients require an initial referral from their GP.
• WorkCover — No GP referral required if you already hold a claim number.
• Transport Accident Commission (TAC) — No GP referral required if you already hold a claim number.
• Medicare Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) — Available for patients with chronic conditions by GP referral under a Team Care Arrangement.
